what intelligence rating is memorizing every single chess move possible extremely fast

Given that there are about 1e40 moves possible in all of chess (So yeah, a colossal number), I can imagine that as At least Genius on its own.
Extraordinary needs a lot of versatility through several fields being far above irl geniuses in each one, with examples like Aizen or Batman. If they've got more as well as varied impressive intelligence ratings then they can get extraordinary. Otherwise At least Genius is fine.

what about with more context
She considers chess to be a game as simple as Tic-Tac-Toe and has been implied to have memorized all 10120 possible chessboard states. She defeated a chess program that had shut out a grandmaster at the top of world chess and capable of exploring two hundred million moves per second. She played, alternating between the first and second moves, just to highlight the program's imperfections

The Two hundred million moves a second thing makes it Extraordinary Genius. Cause that’s basically at or beyond super computer tier processing.
