What if Saitama was only 5x stronger than Garou?

Which would be pog. Unlikely, but pog.
Its not unlikely, he was rated as Comparable to Boros by One itself, we just don't rate him as that for now because our OPM profiles are only to Manga and not webcomic, but Manga is reaching it someday/some month

Oh, then Garou would close the gap and eventually win. He'd already have an advantage due to being not much weaker than Saitama due to his martial arts lending him a hand. And Garou clearly has no problems getting 5x stronger due to his monstrous growth rates in the series.

So yeah.

Saitama is actually an insanely good martial artist that dwarves Garou in skill. He never uses his skill because he's kind

TBF Saitama is a good fighter in his own way, he's got great control over his strength and is pretty agile, he just doesn't need to actually fight better, but even then he has won actually fair fights back when he was still growing in power.

Either way assuming Saitama was also x5 faster I don't think it's unreasonable he could overwhelm Garou at the start of the fight and kill him before he could catch up, but that's not in character at all.

Bruh do you not get how ridiculously skilled Garou is lol. Man went from not being able to scratch darkshine to beating his ass through skill only.

I mean, Garou can't keep up with someone who's faster then him. Just like Watchdog Man, Garou got jumped so hard he had to run away instead of fight back.

Yeah but, x5 is a pretty huge gap for speed. And no Garou went from not scratching Darkshine to beating his ass cause of reactive evolution, he's skilled as **** but that's unrelated. Also Darkshine literally said it himself that some of the stronger S Class heroes would have killed Garou before he could pull off any fancy tricks.

Equal speed

Saitama gets absolutely obliterated, only thing I can see him pulling off is just immediately burying Garou with a serious table flip but even then he might just smash it

I like how Murata manages to actually give a lot of attention to scaling and powers without going into Suggs or webnovel nonsense (And I don't mean about becoming overpowered, but on the really tiresome, badly written and overexplained structured power dumps)

He gets his stuff together better than 95% of anime, comics and most media that has power scaling and combat as a major focus.
