What if no Powerscaling

First form Frieza solos 98% of DB including his own stronger forms if we don't count scaling at all

Well I think he's talking in a general sense plus that's technically not a feat just a statement so he still wouldn't get it
 
This thread is only about if characters got no powerscaling. Feats and Statements are still fair game.
 
Well, Majin Buu was stated to destroy the universe. High 3-A Buu.

Goku and Vegeta don't scale though.
 
They said he going to destroy the universe, which Dai (EXTREMELY VAUGELY) describes as infinite.

And the experts at The Character Stats and Profiles Wiki say it is highly unlikely that they meant overtime.
 
Darth Sidious would remain High 4-C but Yoda who almost beat him would be like 9-A due to having little destruction feats as he is a peaceful Jedi.
 
Dragon Ball Evolution Piccolo would solo everyone in DBZ except for Frieza and ironically Piccolo until the Cell Saga and stomp Goku up until Super.

Surprisingly having a hard time thinking of verses that would get major downgrades

Err, Undertale scaling wouldn't be as high in god tiers
 
ALOT of JRPG characters would be considered glass cannons.

Thats the big one I think.

Coming to mind


Zidane would be probably wall level or so for smashing doors down.

Cloud would probably be building level because he can cut buildings in half.

Akira would be street level at best because he is a normal human

I can go on.
 
I know it was mentioned before but we don't need this thread we already have screw attack death battle to see what would happen: wall level Virgil and Cloud yet Sephiroth can still summon a literal supernova for some reason and Cloud and Virgil can survive somehow. Also faster than the eye can see Zoro and Nastu, but bullet timing Erza and Ace despite the fact they were teammates and should have been able to keep up with each other.

90% of the HST, Nanatsu no Taizai, Fairy Tail, Yu Yu Hakusho would end up at 9-A to High 8-C in AP/durability and Subsonic+ at best in speed.

If we went with no powerscaling and individual destructive feats only Mako would one shot final form Ragyo.
 
Well final form Ragyo did cover the planet in life fibers unless that's not a destructive feat
 
The Life Fibers did that on their own at Ragyo's command.

Alright so Kid Goku would stay 9-B, King Piccolo would still stay 7-B+, Piccolo Jr. Saga Goku/Young Adult Goku would still be High 6-C, SSJ3 Son Goku would be High 6-A with his Boo Saga base being 6-A, SSG Goku and Beerus would be at 3-A, Jiren would be High 2-A and Zeno would still be 2-C.

but wait there's more, SSJ3 Gotenks and Super Boo would be Low 2-C, Everybody who has destroyed the HTC is now Low 2-C, Boohan is now 1-C, likely 1-B for being capable of "destroying dimensions". and possibly even Tier 0 for stating himself to be omnipotent.

And in regards to Cave Story, The Core and Ballos would both be Low 7-B, likely 6-C and Quote would be 10-B without weapons. (and even then his weapons would be 9-B to 9-A)
