Zeno has 4 on screen universe/multiple universe destroying feats though. (Destroying Trunks's universe/timeline, Destroying Universe 9, Destroying Universe 10 and Destroying Universe 6 and 2.) He doesn't need powerscaling to be at high ratings.

But yeah not powerscaling DB characters and going feats only is really stupid as I think all of us agree with.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku punched through King Kai's planet, who's gravity is 10x that of Earths. For that to make sense, it has to have 10x the mass of Earth condensed into such a size. 10x SSJ3 confirmed at least

Digimon Adventure power levels would be funky.

MegaKabuterimo would remain 3-C for destroying the Mysterious Universe, while Lilymo would be Low 7-C for being the evolution of Togemon who destroyed a small mountain with the help of other Digimon. WereGarurumo would be 5-C for moving the moo, MetalGreymo would be 7-C for having nuclear weapons and WarGreymon would be 4-C for creating the su and Imperialdramon would be 7-A for nuking an entire horizon distance. Digivolutions have been shown to be cano a few times. If you don't count them, then they would be around City level for making an explosion the size of Mount Fuji.

Not to mention Omegamo would be like, Building level-ish for getting rekt by an explosion that caused a building-sized burst of water to...burst. Though I guess you could put him at Multi-City Block level for this feat.

Oh and Wendigomo would be High 4-C out of nowhere.
