What happens if a reality warper goes against another one?

Nothing out of the "ordinary". In fact, there are certain series centered around this idea, like Shinza Bansho.

It explains it like a Canvas, and the Emmanation (Reality Warping), is Paint upon the Canvas (The World).
These Clash and Overlay eachother, and the Conflict causes Reality to Tear apart.
Its hard to explain, But is covered in Dies Irae (On Steam) and Kamiji Kamui Kajura (No Offical Translation).
But that is a Passive Warp.
Active Warps would just be, as Ionliosite expalined, nothing out of the ordinary.

Reality Warping its one of the most ambiguos powers, simply saying one have RW do not really tell anything, powers like Magic qualify as RW.

Yeah, reality warping is a really broad power that means whatever it's shown to mean. A battle between reality warpers in something like DC Comics may be a huge ordeal spanning multiple worlds that alters the comic as a whole, while in something like Destiny literally every gunfight is a battle between reality warpers.
