Question for Magic Resistances

If a character is shown to be completely unaffected by magic, and the opposition, who can pull of a lot of "I wish"-type magics that result in a lot of reality warping spells, and is one of the leading authorities on magic says something along the lines of "None of my magic can even touch her!", would this mean they would have resistances to every ability that character can use via magic?

It depends, if it's done specifically to that character's magic, you can mention that he can potentially resist the effects of wishes.

Personally, I would have support that the character resists the magic of other enemies in general to add more abilities.

In the scene in question, both the leader of witches and a regular witch are trying to affect the character and she's immune to both their magics.
