Not how that works. Within his own narrative, he abides by non-classical logic. He is still part of that narrative nonetheless. A character doesn't stop being part of their story with Type 4, that's just asinine. Of course at that point you'd need 1-A or higher plot-hax to deal with them but the point stands.
