If your attack could only one hit the single 4D universal spacetime continuum your in, but then, you become omnipresent across the entire Multiverse and thus become present in every single universe. Would that make you 2-B or still low 2-C?

If we are going with this feat chronologically, the first part of the attack would be Low 2-C, but then your character would end up being 2-A due to you being present in every single universe that exists.

Well, it depends on thd type of omnipresence. If all of the universes are a part of the character, it would rate as 2-A, if it was a large multiverse. If the character is just like the Molecule Man, and has a small body, or avatar, in every universe, it is harder to quantify.

But he can only do Low 2-C AP, so probably like Crazystarf say: Multiverse level+ durability but with only Universe level+ AP?

Well, if the character's sum total body is comprised of a multiverse of universes, it would logically make it 2-A, so your thought experiment does not seem to make particular sense. Of course, neither does fiction on a recurrent basis, but nevertheless, it would be hard to gauge such a character.
