What are the wiki's rules on music verses?

The title is pretty self explanatory, I'm just curious about what the rules on music verses are. Do album covers count, or can we only use information from other sources (music videos, comics, interview statements about characters, etc.)?

Also, I'm asking all this cause I was thinking about making a page for Vic Rattlehead.

An album cover would be treated as the same way as a comic book cover

What means that it wouldn't be considered canon unless proved otherwise
