What ability would be poisoning an enemy via viruses or manipulating bacteria?

Not using chemical weapons or anything, but actually having the ability to sort of conjure said viruses and bacteria to hurt the opponent. A variant and minor form of Biological Manipulation? I did look, but didn't find that specific ability.

Also, what's the difference between Sense Manipulation and Perception Manipulation?

Manipulating viruses and pathogens is another form of Disease Manipulation (generally related to Biological Manipulation, depending of the nature of the virus).

Perception Manipulation would be like Senses Manipulation + Mind Manipulation, aside from altering the senses, it also alter how the target perceive the world and how interprete it.
