What a hassle, King Hassan vs Han Jee-Han

Ah jeez...
His pseudo-precog spider sense should tell him about Hassan, but regardless of that he speed amps times a few hundred with time dilatation, and Hassan becomes visible before he lands a strike, so:
Han applies his amps.
Hassan tries to hit him.
Either danger sense, or just Hassan becoming visible when about to hit, let Han dodge/teleport.
He fills the dude with danmaku... or mindhax, depends on his resistances.

Leaning on Han due to the time dilation and danmakuing it out. Hassan doesn't have much for range going for him.
