Weakest Character that can beat SCP-682?

Just like what the title says.

Battle takes place in a massive hallway, with both combatants starting off 50 meters away from each other.

Conditions:

-682 is at full power and in character.

-Opponent is in-character as well.

-Fight to the death.

-Must be an actual fight. No speedblitzes or such.

I'm not 100% about this one, but this guy is able to steal every kind of defensive ability from his target, which has worked on invulnerability, attack reflection, and intangibility, with his Vol D'Ame ability. So if he steals SCP-682's regen and reactive evolution at the start of the fight, he could then kill him while he's vulnerable. That said, he's never done so in-story, so I'm not sure if this one would count.

Just gonna say this, any character 2-C and above can kill 682, anything below that is debatable.

Like I said before, I wasn't 100% on this since it can only steal three types of buffs in game due to game mechanics. On the same note, his ability to steal other skills is also limited to certain types of characters in game due to game mechanics when even though he has stolen from other characters in cutscenes. So while I wouldn't put it past him, it isn't confirmed either.

That said, it might only work on active abilities, as in powers that one has to think about to use, so it might not work against regen in hindsight. But once again, game mechanics.

So... you not gonna tell anyone that his death means the destruction of the Universe? But alright, I'll bite. I'm thinking Gumball Watterson. Gumball has Time Manipulation powers and with his Tin Foil Hat, he can hide in another Universe. He can simply fast forward to the end of the Universe and then hide in the Tin Foil Hat realm or whatever it's called, to escape the total erasure of the Universe.
