Way to calc a feat of a cut or hole without cracks or deformation?

I was wondering, there have been calcs where you find the energy to say punch holes in walls or slice right through an object, cutting in half or something.

However, I was wondering, if there is a similar feat, but someone made a note as to how precise and focused the cutting or piercing feat was that there is no crack or deformation of the impacted areas.

Is there a way to get to get higher results or does it not matter and it is the same calculation method?

Example: Bon Clay (One Piece) With his swan shoes could create a perfect hole in a wall with no cracks.

Hmmmm, can you show us an image?

If it's a perfect hole with no fragments or any debris, it could qualify for pulv.
