First Round: Both at their 7-B versions. Both determined to win. Wave's Mastema and Accelerator Black Wings and Angel Wings are restricted. Speed Equalized

Second Round: Both at their strongest versions. Both Bloodlusted. All of their arsenal included. Speed Equalized.

Battle takes place in the building under construction where Touma and Accel fought (I don't know the name of this place)

This is a stomp match tbh.

Wave got no way of bypassing Accelerator Vector Shield, Not only that but Accelerator has a lot of ways of fighting his opponents because of his ability or he can just finish them off by reversing their blood flow.

As for the Second Round, White Wings Accelerator takes the cake for reasons i have already stated but also because his durability is higher when he is at this state.

As ALRF stated, Wave has no way of getting around Accelerator's Redirection, which reverses all hostile vectors.

Any attack he makes will be effortlessly repelled and Accelerator can do basically anything he wants to smash Grand Chariot or Wave inside.
