The Black Bulls and Mori Jin's team go to the beach for some R&R. Daewi starts doing water tricks for his friends by the beach and seeing this, the Black Bulls get impressed. Noelle sees this as a challenge and starts doing more fancy water tricks. Daewi sees this and does a more grandiose trick. This back and forth keeps going until Noelle gets upset and starts attacking Daewi directly. Hilarity ensues.

I can't really talk in Daewi's favor but Noelle's best chance would be Sea Dragon's Roar

Well Daewi mostly uses close-quarters combat and has Haetae to entrap his opponents in bubbles of water. Considering Noelle's kit, I'm assuming that won't stop her, but Daewi can also use that bubble of water to block attacks by encasing himself in it. Daewi can also combine his martial arts with Haetae to enhance his attacks and give them more range.

Long range attacks won't a problem for Noelle unless it's a extremely large AoE

Noelle can also do the same thing with water bubbles.

This chapter of GoH basically summarizes how Daewi fights with Haete.

He mainly focuses on CQC while using Haetae as a shield. He can, however, amplify his attacks like Wave of Blue Dragon with Haetae, which can stomp people at his level.
