Okay, so should we remove the Barney & Teletubbies rule? It may be best to run this by a staff forum thread first though.

It's been almost 4 weeks now, & I am personally interested in the results.
I would like to state my opinions on such a matter, but this is just a thread to ask if such a discussion has yet to occur, not to perform such a discussion. (Not to mention, this is the Questions & Answers board, so I'm not sure it's appropriate for such discussions.)
But if I should state my opinions here -for example, because I might not be permitted to opinionate in a Staff Only thread that such a discussion might be- then please inform me of that, thank you.
