Wander (Wander of Yonder) Galaxy level Durability

It seems like Wander has an interesting feat. He is able to "plug" a black hole in this scene. While that may seem like cartoonish nonsense, Wander then mentions that the hole would destroy the entire galaxy should he let go.

It also seems to act somewhat similarly to a black hole in real life, completely sucking anything into its void. While it is literally a hole in space-time instead of an extremely dense light-eating omnidirectionally-destroying pit of death, would this be valid?

Input is appreciated.

Well 1. It's pretty clear Both wander and Sylvia meant over time

And 2. Being at the epicenter of a black hole is Unquantifiable IIRC

@Jesterofgames If the black hole is like normal I believe it requires High 3-A durability. There is a thread for that, and though the science behind it is odd to me, that is what is currently accepted. I just meant this specific black hole being claimed to have galaxy-destroying power.

If it is in any notable timeframe (even years) that would still be Multi-solar system.
