Screenrant made this article trying to claim that Scarlet Witch is the most powerful Marvel hero and I found it funny how much they were coping. "She can rewrite the stars!" and plenty of heroes can destroy the entire universe. I mean, I like her character and the versatility of her powers but she is at most galaxy level based on that claim. Maybe universe level if we stretch it. The only version of her that can keep up with Phoenix by herself is House of M. It's funny that they didn't bring up House of M at all. Like sure, she did seemingly erase the Phoenix Force but she needed help from Hope Summers and needed prep time. Phoenix doesn't need prep time or help.
