Laurie has far more experience and knowledge in weapons than Walt does, so I'd say she would be a faster drawer and would far more precise. Also, I don't even think Walt was part of a shoot out like Jesse was, so he doesn't even have that as an advantage.

Doesn’t change the outcome that much. Laurie herself is already very stealthy, she could just sneak up on Walter without him noticing.
