Why does "running through time" have a via? Shouldnt Wallys base speed be Immesurable if he can run through time

His speed can vary where he strengthens and weakens; Immeasurable is something he achieves at his peak.

But it says "via running through time" isnt that a really stupid thing to add on his profile? I can see Varies from Infinite to Immesurable but "via running through time" sounds really dumb

That's just a common thing for characters who are Immeasurable via movement and/or flight speed, but lack Immeasurable combat speed. He doesn't always have Immeasurable combat speed and there have been times where his combat speed was shown to be finite against other finite speed characters.

There have been cases where he needed to borrow energy from everyone one Earth just to perform a feat calculated at Septillions of times FTL. It's also a common thing throughout the series; been tagged by Captain Zoom who has been tagged by Finite speed characters like Wonder Woman, Superman, or even Batman but obviously PIS in that case.
