Getting Speed from KE

Da Question
Okay, just hear me out for a second. I know this stuff is normally against KE rules. But, let’s say there’s a guy who goes really fast and manages to break through a wall by running through it. Now let’s say that the story treats the guys speed as proportional to his strength, with one guy saying “imagine how fast he must’ve been going to generate enough force to break that wall”. Would I be able to get speed from KE then?

The problem is, even then, the given KE being exact gives us a value slightly below the velocity. Technically the KE = 0.5 * m * v^2 value has never been accurate; though considered close to accurate for lower velocity values given the lack of relativity factor. And once 0.96c, even slightly increasing speed increases KE exponentially to the point of adding more digits. With an exact c value reaching High 3-A. Hence why 0.96 and above is considered against rules outright for KE calculator rules.
