W.Len and Len stats

I beat White Len story modes in MBRA (it was actualy Len story mode), MBAC, MBAA. They are considered canon for the main time-line.

During events of MBRA White Len under Aozaki Aoko managed to fend off Ciel, Sion and Arcuied (who wasn't interested in victory though). Tohno Shiki and Len arrived and Len defeated her counter-part alone.

During events of MBAC White Len defeated Neko Arc and Arcuied on screen (and it was hinted that she defeated Nanaya off screen). This should be taken with doubt though since both of her combatants were semi-serious.

During events of MBAA White Len defeated Roa (the last incarnation, after insulting him and stepping on his ego) and Nanaya without much trouble. She defeated Neko Arc once again.

Yea, it is OK seeing as she is the equivalent of an exception magus and dealt with the Tsukihime cast well. Just don't scale her to Arc, she only "beat" Arc because Arc wasn't serious and let her cut her off from the real world.

Upgrade is completed. But I upgraded speed as well and now have some doubts though.

You need to write proper explanations for the statistics, and use correct grammar. To simply change statistics, while using inaccurate language, is technically against the wiki rules.

There is still no justification for the statistics though.

Well, it basicaly powerscaling. W.Len defeated Nanaya, Roa (this one still managed to regenerate afterward though), semi-serious Arcuied and Neko-Arc. It is hinted that she managed to fend off Ciel and Sion.

Len just plainly defeated W.Len during Re-Act (where W.Len was at her strongest). MBAC suggested that if Len would use all her magic knowledge she can defeat Nrvnsqr Chaos (her story mode is non-canon route where she is determined to destroy all abnormalities to allow her Master live without trouble).

Well, you need to have some sort of basis for the actual statistics, not just state that one character defeated another character, who also has no proper explanation for its statistics.

Does creation of an ice from surrounding air can be considered as energy calculation?
