Yeah, it's the same guy who created White Face vs Gaster. Well I chose now two very strong characters, W. D. Gaster and Bill Cipher. Gaster is shattered across time and space and he's mysterious, and Bill is a reality warper. I am not sure who exactly will win, but I also made this because people were talking about it on youtube. Bill's tier is 1-C (Max), but gaster's tier is unknown. I don't know who will win. Please give me an explanation.
 
W.D Gaster,Because he Is erased from reality.Bill Is a reality shifter,but Gaster is not In reality anymore,so Most of Bill's Power is Useless.There is no Chance.Gaster Stomps. whatever you take,fanon or canon,Gaster Is Ultimately Powerful,He wins.
 
No wait correction:NOBODY WINS.W.D Gaster is Non Existent therefore Bill Can't Literally Kill him but Gaster Can't Kill Bill Cipher Because Bill's Weakness is Memory erasing and Paintings of zodiacs in the ground.Si neither
