When is the volume of the milky way usable for a calc?

Theres a character i want to calc. hes stated to be able to "destroy all the stars and planet within the milky way."

Id like to know if the volume of the milkyway is usable for this calculation.

An omnidirectional blast throughout the whole Milky-Way Galaxy that sub-atomically destroys everything's (all content within the milky way galaxy)?

I domt think so
I mean, galaxies are mostly empty space. So if it’s just an omnidirectional blast that destroys the galaxy, it’s probably just galaxy level.

The gap between Galaxy and multi-galaxy is massive.

yeah.. context is important here..

using the volume of the sun on galactic wide scale with sub-atomization the results got tier 3-B

Within the calc no one argued the math was wrong, but argued the character couldn't Atomize things instead.

so yes, it can go beyond 3-C levels with enough context.

Edit:

to add to this. the formula that got 3-C used the GBE of the sun and not the volume of the sun

  • 3-C: Energy equal to or above what is needed to overcome the GBE of the Sun with an omnidirectional blast with the point of origin of the blast beginning at the core of the Milky Way Galaxy and the Sun being located at the edge of the Galaxy.

also the space/gap between galaxies and even planets and stars isn't empty but still has particles of matter and energy

Tbh the biggest contributors are gonna be sub-atomizing the stars, I wouldn’t lose sleep over the particles every 1000000 km in the middle of space.

Not a single star… I said the stars. You can easily look up the estimation for the number of stars in the galaxy.
