Doremy would most likely start with either BFR or sleep manip. BFR via teleporting him to the Dream World and leaving him there or Sleep Manip via her regular projectiles being sleep-inducing things. With Void's current profile, both of those would be enough for a win.

And in the event where none of this works, she could always just BFR him to a dream and then nuke the dream, erasing him.

Also Doremy is far more likely to land a hit than Void due to Danmaku, skills at avoiding other danmaku and better intelligence.
