Looking through the scans, the abilities look good from a glance, but the grammar and format does need better work. There are times where I see Double "( )" brackets and times where I see "(" with no ")" enclosing them. Additionally, Resistance to Fire Manipulation was listed twice.

Let's see. Everything seems to be in order, just a couple of errors. This is heat Vision , not heat manipulation. I'd remove the possibly from photographic memory, as we can see he's literally recording everything and storing it. This is resistance to Thermal/Temperature manipulation , not fire, it literally states that in the panel.He's manipulating nothing here , so it's just light generation. The vision wasn't intangible here , the woman outright states that, so this is more of a durability feat then anything. Other then that, everything else is alright.
