Virtual World Feats

If character can create virtual semblance of universe (like simumation or just an artiifical universe created from data), is that equal to creating regular universe even if it is not matter or energy? A virtuality can be quite complex, but it is not the necessarily the same as creating a universe. I suppose difference is a manner of physical matter for regular universe vs data or information for virtual universe. Since information cannot be destroyed, how does wiki treat virtual world creation and destruction?

Attack potency is based off energy output up to 3-A. But what about virtual Earth? Elminiating virtual Earth does not require energy but rewriting the data used to create that Earth, which data for an entire universe is quite immense.

Energy output is for physical feats. If someone destroyed the Earth with reality warping, they are still Planet level though that required no energy at all.

I think it's fair to assume that within an artificial environment one can have different levels of energy compared to that outside of the matrix. Just having a separate key that dictates their strength is fine as it should be.

Not talking about within. Talking about outside. Like creating new universe but made of data thus making it "virtual". Not virtual reality program but data form.

Well it's a semblance of the universe, I suppose that would still be universe level. It's just artificial. Hmm.

Well, for franchises that are about people having adventures within virtual reality settings, we should preferably use separate statistics for their real world and simulation avatars.

However, I do not think that we should rate what is equivalent to real world people programming Massive Multiplayer RPGs as having power remotely approaching that scale outside of the simulation.

Is that what you mean Yuel? Like a computer programmer creating a virtual reality universe? Because if yes I agree with Ant. That could be any ordinary human doing that.

I mean, it takes an absurd amount of data to properly recreate matter, far more than any computer can process (Something like 125 tredecillion bytes for a single human, let alone something like a planet).
