If character can create virtual semblance of universe (like simumation or just an artiifical universe created from data), is that equal to creating regular universe even if it is not matter or energy? A virtuality can be quite complex, but it is not the necessarily the same as creating a universe. I suppose difference is a manner of physical matter for regular universe vs data or information for virtual universe. Since information cannot be destroyed, how does wiki treat virtual world creation and destruction?
Attack potency is based off energy output up to 3-A. But what about virtual Earth? Elminiating virtual Earth does not require energy but rewriting the data used to create that Earth, which data for an entire universe is quite immense.
