As for shielded, here. Math. Doesn't backscale to Bitch's dogs or whatever because this happened in ward and we've seen other powers get stronger over time, and it's unlikely Glory Girl was trying to hit living things (even giant mutant dogs) as hard as she could barring the Slaughterhouse 9.
As for 9-C:

Sparring with Ashley Stillons II without the super strength
Destroys a biker's ribs with a kick
Speed
Should probably be Athletic Human, since she was an athlete even before the superhero stuff, which only necessitates more physical training. Flight speed would be low end Subsonic, since she gets up to 80 mph according to interlude 2. She's been keeping up with a powered up Lung as of arc 9, and uses her flight quite a lot for direct combat, so maybe her reactions should be subsonic too.
Lifting Strength
Probably good to go with Athletic Human. She lifts stuff heavier than herself, and also flew down into the ground but stayed standing at one point that I can't find rn. Same flight that will send her into the air. Class 25 when shielded, since as Glory Girl she could lift 14.6 tons. Wildbow's Canadian, the characters are American, so US tons is used.
