I don't exactly have a groundbreaking analysis for this fight. I think this just comes down to Thanos sporting greater combative skill as well as having the AP advantage with his sword, which would cut through Ultron pretty easily. Ultron's ranged advantage could allow him to keep Thanos from closing in for a little bit maybe, but give his own experience against the Avengers as well as the usage of the Double-Bladed Sword, Ultron's ranged attacks aren't the type that'll be overwhelming the Mad Titan. Thanos is gonna get in close soon enough and tear through Ultron
