There were a few minor things missing.

Asriel Dreemurr:

• Electricity Manipulation
• Fire Manipulation

Flowey:

• Does Flowey really have 'energy projectiles' in base form? Friendliness Pellets don't seem like energy, more like bullets.

Asgore:

• Slight Afterimage Creation

Mettaton:

• Whatever turning your words into bombs are, Explosion Manip I guess?

Like I said though, another (small this time) revision for the UT profiles is probably gonna be needed (and is planned), including revamping the abilities. What you proposed by itself seems fine though.
