It just occured to me that Steve should have Light Manipulation
Why? Spectral Arrows of course.
Taken from the wiki...
"The Spectral Arrow imbues the Glowing status effect for 10 seconds. The Glowing effect creates an outline of the target, which is visible through blocks."
With both the status effect called Glowing, and the fact that it makes light, it should probably be classified as Light Manipulation or Limited Light Manipulation.
