You shouldn't have removed Sans match, Zeno was 2-C back then while Sans was 9-A, even if Zeno were 1-A the result wouldn't be different, please revert the change

IIRC it wasn't a win but an INCON, both characters could insta-win, Sans with soul hax and Zeno erasing Sans, that's why the match shouldn't be removed, both could win, ans Zeno being Low 1-C doesnt changes it cuz he already was 2-C back then

I am kinda skeptical about if this match is still a valid matchup. But I'll add that back to his profile.
