Verses you hate and why?

What are the verses you hate and why? i will begin.
1. Akame ga kill: I dunno, but everyone here seems like an asshole to me.
2. RWBY: I find the characters VERY annoying.
3. Pretty sure: Same as rwby.

can we create an opposite to this. Since the opposite of hate is like.

1. Umineko: hard to understand for beginners and while haven't played it (it's just mostly story rather than game)

Everybody sees op isekai protags, and trash the entire genre.

The genre is so varied, that you can't really compare something like isekai maou which has diablo, to like isekai at peace, one being an ecchi harem series, that doesn't pretend it's anything more, if that's what you want go ahead, i can enjoy those series while being objective that it's trash, enjoyable trash though, and the other being a romance, slice of life series with good characters.

Isis Remnant who has lived her entire life in isolation, being rejected by everyone around her, even those she helps think she is a monster, longing to have friends with her in her cold and empty castle, going to meeting Kaito the one person who doesn't reject her due to his magic which lets him adapt to stuff. She is the nicest person around, but nobody could ever see that, with Kaito she learns to open her heart to others, eventually gets subordinates who care for her, learns to control her magic which made people fear her and became known as the nicest of the 6 Kings.

Alice used the hearts of everyone in the world to defeat the Evil God who made everyone feel despair, only to as a result, become inhuman, an immortal who has to watch everyone she loves die. Spends hundreds of thousands of years alone, wanting to die, but couldn't due to promising her best friend who tried every means of extending her own life to be with Alice, that she would fall in love. Obviously can't happen with a mortal. Meets Makina a friend who she truly cared for and you could say loved, who also was immortal, she leaves to go become a God in another world, and Alice is again alone. She grows more and more emotionally cold, goes to another world to find someone she could love, established an entire hierarchy of strength, just so it's easier to get potential information for her goal. Becomes known and feared as, being someone who erases anyone she perceives as a threat to the world. Meets Kaito who while she is pretending to be another person, gets reminded of how she used to act with her best friend. Kaito gets caught in danger, and her feelings for him finally come out. She becomes less cold and ruthless.

Shallow Vernal just appeared one day ending worlds. She wasn't really even cognizant if she had a will or mind, she was just ending worlds, cause that's what she is, the end. After seeing how desperate the world creators were to protect their worlds, she wanted to know why, so Eden told her to make one when they met, she made a world, split her power in half, and gave her other half the ability to judge whether Shallow Vernal should die or the world, in other worlds she wasn't thinking for her self. Her other self, Kuro faces off against her later, and forces her to realize that she does have a heart, and she loves her creations equally. She gets visions of the future where she meets Kaito and does everything to ensure that future comes through only for Kuro, to take that position beside Kaito from her. The 2 of them are the same yet, Kuro got what she wanted, the emotionless Shallow Vernal, felt jealously. Starts a war to get Kaito, after which she basically develops even further becoming more expressive, and empathetic to other people's emotions. In short she went from an unfeeling system that ends worlds to a fully developed person who cares about the world.

They are powerful, but doesn't really make them or the story bad.

I could go on and one about how developed the characters are and what not, could even go into the world building, but this would get too long, just mentioned those 3 characters cause they are my top 3 characters from the series.

Could do this for other series too.

Face it, it because peoples are tired seeing Isekai and OP protags over and over

Reactions: Sus
My point still stand tho, as for OPM it's because it doesn't followed with the protag as being ultra edgy op af aspect

god i hate the nasuverse did i mention how much i hate the nasuverse? god i hate it

Isekai harem sucks. I don't give two darumaka droppings about maturity when it comes to opinions on what i like or dislike.

Isekai harem is pretty much self fulfillment for incels where they can imagine themselves as the mc as the mc has no recognizable face. It's the good ol OP protag who is liked by the basic girl, the onee-san, the loli, the catgirl and the hotheaded one, it is even more complete if there's a younger sister. Oh also don't forget boring af abilities like half the time. Also forget about morality, the MC doesn't care about the thousands of lives they take cause they don't matter they are NPCs. Ah and of course, the Mao aka the Demon king/lord who looks like one of those lvl 30 bosses you beat in a random dungeon. The first Xenoblade chronicles boss is cooler than most of these fellas put together. Like bro invent sth new already! I can come up with a better villain in 1 minute!

I am so tired of the concept of demon kings or lords. They are an annoying concept that just ruins villains. I mean look at shounen, look at the amazing designs they have for most villains. Look at jojo, every villain is absolutley unique.
You can have a memorable villain yet you go for the damn cliche.

anyways i remember a character from the korean novel Omniscient reader's viewpoint. Spoilers The disaster of questions. Basically a babyfaced korean guy who was sent to another world, had the whole adventure of a harem isekai protag, commited mass genocide upon some wolf people and got sent to do the same on earth. He was pretty much the selfish bastard isekai protag who looks down on his enemies and thinks he can flirt with any girl.
He got sufficated to death later. He got what he freaking deserved

Overall: i am disappointed that Cheat slayer got cancelled.

This thread makes me proud to appreciate the obscure and not so popular verses that I support. Imagine the reputation of these mentioned verses if they weren't so infamous for something they were meant to have.

Overall: i am disappointed that Cheat slayer got cancelled.
Cheat Slayer transcends the concept of trash so unlike you I'm satisfied when it got cancelled, hell the author simply creates one edge lord to flex on another edge lords from another series, this trash version of the boys deserves the hate and being nuked forever

As someone prolific in the isekai genre, it does tend to muddle a lot. So while I think Isekai harem hating is an unfair generalization, it doesn't exactly help itself when a huge portion of the genre tends to blur together by doing so.

Probably one of the few people that doesn't think that Instant Death is the most godawful thing on earth. It's obvious that it was an author's powerscaling fantasy, **** me, it really is. But I feel like that feature should have been harnessed better writing-wise rather than as a vessel for power fantasy. But as we know, ideas don't pay off on their own, it's all in the execution.

Dies Irae: Now this one's interesting because as far as I'm concerned it's pretty decent with some characters like Wilhelm, Kai Sakurai and Wolfgang and some of the philosophies talked about in it are fascinating. But outside those things, I dislike it because it just didn't click with me and tbh Reinhard and Ren are kinda dull for my liking

Hey, i don't remember anos or yogiri to be tier 0.
Yogiri will become tier 0. You could tell that from volume 3 alone. Author very clearly knows what he is writing. The point of his story is power scalling.
I don't know why people hate Maou Gakuin for the same reason tho. It really isn't a power scalling fantasy that people seem to think it is.

Yeah I can't understand why ppl can think that MG is made by a power scaler,do they even know that for now Anos is not even the strongest character in his own series, pls read the damn novel instead of trying to hate it to follow the trend

who is the strongest? i only watched the anime (i like it, not too much though)

Remember guys, even though you hate a verse don't make the characters lose just because you hate the series

I actually don't hate any series I saw so far also hate is a strong word. Maybe rename the thread to "dislike" because I like black clover, dragon ball, RWBY, dr.stone, my hero Academia, bleach, beyblade, Pokemon

As for the ones I dislike, basically anything with bad harem stuff, "step-bro" stuff or doing something just for shock value
