I'm pretty sure Dragon Ball Low 2-C Scaling chain is way higher than the Supers in DC.

Supergirl is comparable to someone who's controls a universe in all it's aspects (Baseline), she's also comparable to Superman who destroyed a timeline during a fight against someone else (Baseline), destroyed a structure that survived the big bang (Superior to Baseline), Fought against Maaldor who created a universe when they died (Baseline), and comparable to Captain Marvel who defeated The Invincible Man (Superior to baseline).

So far, Supergirl is at best "Superior to Baseline".

Dragon ball's scaling chain has this as...

SSJB Evolution Vegeta >= SSJB Kaiokenx20 Goku (Post 2nd UI) > 2nd UI Goku > Casual Jiren > 1st UI Goku > Infinite Zamasu (Baseline)

So Vegeta is "Equal or greater than Someone who's superior to someone who's superior to someone who's superior to someone who's superior to baseline"

And if Supergirl's haxes are the same as Pre-Crisis Superman, the same arguments in the Superman vs Jiren fight would still apply here. Meaning Vegeta would pull out the victory since Supergirl would be unwilling to use her haxes from the get-go while Vegeta has no problems with killing.
