Vector Prime (True Form) VS Lifebringer Galactus

Vector Prime meets with Lifebringer Galactus.

Lifebringer Galactus is at the height of his power; he no longer requires feeding in order to sustain his energy levels; however, because of this, he's now a megalomaniac, and blood lusted to devour world's.

Through the creation of a portal, he has entered the Transformers Universe. Immediately upon his entry, Vector Prime takes stock of this and begins plans to thwart him.

Vector Prime is Primus' appointed guardian of time and space.

Will Galactus destroy the Transformers Universe or will Vector utterly annihilate him?

But since when do we give an answer solely off of their overall tier rating without considering all feats?

Even in the notes, it states that a higher tiered character will not always defeat a lower tiered character when other facets are often considered.
