On god I'm gonna hakai this half 2-C nonsense.

Vash starts off at a long range, either with Black-hole Bullets which should counter Violet Void, Indigo Asteroid and his other black hole abilities since Vash's can overpower other black-holes that work on a quantum level. Sub-Space Bullets have Universal+ BFR, and has a very significant skill advantage here.
