We agreed on "At least High 7-A | Ranges from At least High 7-A to At least Low 2-C via summoning" right?
If so, for the justifcations, would "At least Large Mountain Level (current reasoning right now) | Ranges from At least Large Mountain Level to At least Universe Level+ via summoning (can summon any legendary from Latias and Latios to the creation trio and control them for battle)" work for it?

Okay. Though question that I probably shouldve asked earlier.
Would Hoopa's speed and durability change because of this too? For example, since he can summon the creation trio would we need to put his durability at "At Least Universe Level+" and his speed at "Immeasurable" via those pokemon, or do they stay the same?
