Van Kleiss scales to 430,325 Yottatons
Homura Kogetsu scales to 71.48 Yottatons. (Not sure)
I think Van Kleiss can win because of the AP difference of about 6x.
It has the advantage of attacking from all directions with the Giant trees and plants it can come out from.
It can also turn Homura into Evo.
