Vampirization: Biological or Disease Manipulation?

The great Dr. Michael Morbius, as a pseudo-vampire, currently has Resurrection and Biological Manipulation on his page for both transforming Martine into a vampire and reviving her after Milo fatally wounded her. The Resurrection is self-explanatory, but the Biological Manipulation is what throws me off. Would converting a person into a vampire — vampirization — be considered Biological Manipulation, as you are technically altering their biology, or Disease Manipulation, as your blood infected that person and caused them to become a vampire?

Technically yes, though comic Morbius also has that listed
