Pretty sure Atrocitus AP-stomps. He's in the hundreds of kiloFOE while Vaati scales to something that is "at least Earth-to-Sun distance". And if this is rage-boosted Atrocitus, then it's even worse. He'll be going straight for the kill; not to mention, he can absorb her energy blasts and lasers, and his aura/reactive shields should help protect him against petrification, depending on the mechanic behind it (is it a projectile spell, something you can dodge, or..?).

I’ve played Minish Cap, Vaati’s petrification is a projectile attack. I’d argue that Vaati’s intangibility and teleportation should make him annoyingly hard to hit, but I never quite got a grasp on how his intangibility works. Also does Atrocitus have a life force that Vaati can drain?
