usopp because he has more fight experience and chopper is an easy target when chopper is fighting with his rumble balls he could be an easy target hes not fast enough usopp knows every next step and usopp has Kenbunshoku haki chopper dont

Well, Usopp gets the better equipment and strategy but i think Chopper has the edge since he can find a weak point in Usopp's body and one-shot him, his Monster Point is able to do a massive damage.
Usopp has a bigger chance to win if he gets a good prep time but i'm assuming it's no prep time so...
