Everyone in the verse is scaled the MHS for unknown reasons. Hakumen no Mono is MHS for blitzing both Ushio and Tora. Ushio is MHS for being faster than Tora. And Tora is MHS for no listed reason at all.

I also brought this up a while back as well, i don't remember any speed feat that puts them on such a level.

There's no calc or feat in question or whatever that justifies them as MHS (not even a scan of a feat).
Since we have nothing to base them by, it's best to just leave them at Unknown.

Shit, go ahead man. It's not very important here and like i said, there's nothing to justify their speed. No feat, no scan, no calc. Anything.
