Urashiki Ōtsutsuki is a descendant of the Ōtsutsuki Clan's main family, and an antagonist in Boruto: The Next Generations.

Content Revision Suggestions:

Removal of the capabilities and abilities relating to the Sharingan. Revising of his Speed to "At least Relativistic". Changing his Classification (and possibly all other Ōtsutsuki and their Classifications) to "Celestial Being" instead of "Alien". Removal of some of the Manipulations such as Water Manipulation and Fire Manipulation due to him lacking such on the Narutopedia. Possible changing of Intelligence to "Genius," as Urashiki is remarked as a intelligence gatherer and thus, would have a higher Intelligence than most Ōtsutsuki.

An intelligence gatherer typically just means a spy/ninja/anyone else who finds information on an enemy. It doesn't really imply that they're really smart, High is plenty for that.
