uploading images

Hello, I'm new to this wiki. I was trying to upload a render I made for the Avatar of Irregularity, a character from Toilet in Wonderland, and the wiki said I needed permission to do so. How do I get permission to submit photos?

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out.

That's because the name of the image you wanted to upload probably had a generic name. You can add random letters/numbers to the image name and you'll be able to upload it.
