Upgrade to likely/at most 6B for Benn Beckmann

According to his recent vivre card Benn Beckmann is comparable to Shanks so he should be upgraded to likely or at most 6B. And his AP should be likely or at most Country level (Somewhat comparable to Shanks, poses a threat to Kizaru)

Being likely Low 6-B is enough for him to be slightly comparable.

Since 6B is 7 times Low 6B, I don't think so. They should be on the same tier.

I guess you could give him likely low 6b (is a threat to Kizaru), possibly 6B (stated to be comparable to Shanks). Mihawk is 6B for being comparable to Shanks, Beckmann should get the same benefit.
