Update White Phoenix of The Crown to High 1-B?

The Phoenix Force's True Power has already been shown to be High 1-B, being the nexus of all realities, and White Phoenix of The Crown has all of its power, even existing in the White Hot Room, the Core of Realities. There certainly needs a change here.

Yeah that's strange to say the least how the Nexus is portrayed High 1-B, yet an extremely large amount of other 2-As who are scaled from the Nexus aren't treated the same. I do agree with just either changing the justifications for the Tier 1 stats or evaluating where the Nexus is treated on the tiering system in this or it's own thread.

Mat has said multiple times in the past that the Nexus is considered High 1B.

Bump. Then why is Multiversal Phoenix Force considered to be the special snowflake, in which it's the only one able to scale from it ? There are numerous realms / entities compared to or even described as superior to said Nexus, even Cyclops transcending into the Nexus would actually be a Tier 1 feat rather than Tier 2 if that was the case.
