Upgraded to what? This just seems like hax.

I feel like wrecking/manipulatig the space time continuum is more Low 2-C than just hax, if I'm not wrong.

Even Goku Black can "wreck" the space-time continuum by ripping a hole in it. Unless we know to what degree I dont know if he can be upgraded since it can very from hax to High 3-A or Low 2-C.

He doesn't destroy the whole space-time continuum, just making space time stuff. AFAIK, a continuum usually refers to a whole universe.

Well, this was with a Infinity Gem (The Gem of Time), wich have universal power.

Mere Space-Time Manipulation is not evidence for Universal. People need to stop caring about buzzwords and worrying about feats.
What the Eye of Agamoto does is freeze, rewinding, and speed up time, and also creates stable time loops, and if used poorly it can create time paradoxes and break down your existence. This is what they mean by "Wrecking" space-time.
It's not Attack Potency.
