Tier 2 is trash either way to me tbh. Their one-shot rules is way too short, you can't even use multipliers for these kinds of characters that uses them, and way too confusing.

because low 1-C to 1-B is just counting to 11. high 1-B is infinite dimensions. low 1-A is transcending high 1-B, 1-A is transcending low 1-A, high 1-A is transcending 1-A to the point that it becomes practically nothing. or you just say "random cardinal number" and you win.

Part 6 is great yeah, my 4th favorite part. Jolene is also great. But I prefer JoJolion (my favorite part) and Josuke8 (The JoJo I think is best) if you don't mind me saying.
