I liked the concept behind Arkantos. He looks relatively good despite his page not being completed yet, i guess i can use it? I may give some light to this one unknown character.

I dont see Arkantos winning here,Wolverine got better abilities for that tier along healing factor and he can match Arkantos in everything expect range,but its still in Wolverine favor
